Description

The first cosplay I saw that I recognized at my time during Anime USA. I caught this Col. Roy Mustang cosplayer on his way up to his room in the hotel I was staying in. I hailed him down as GENERAL Mustang, if you can imagine, and after he corrected me, I told him he was my sister's fav' character in the Alchemist army, which he is.
